Measures on COVID-19
March 27, 2020, Zurich - Due to the current circumstances surrounding COVID-19 and the associated closure of many school facilities of our "Dojo Manager" customers, we have decided today to take the following measures for our customers and new prospects:
- The free trial period, which is normally granted for 30 days, will be extended for all new customers and prospect until May 31st, 2020, in order to provide certainty that no one will have to build up new costs for his/her martial arts schools until the expected end of the pandemic.
- Our existing customers will not be charged for the months March and April – these months will be credited. As we are lucky to have schools from all parts of the world as customers, this regulation applies globally and independent of the current local economic situation in the respective country.
With these measures we hope to be able to contribute to the planning security for our customers and prospects. We are of course continuing to monitor the situation and will reassess at the end of April which possible extensions or additional measures appear appropriate. In the meantime we continue to work from home and are still available for you by e-mail.
